Can preparing for the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) sometimes seem to drag on and be a bit nerve-wracking? We have a remedy for that — our fun incentivized program, Your Best AEP Yet 2025!

What Is Your Best AEP Yet 2025?

The Your Best AEP Yet program is designed for Ritter-contracted agents to prepare for the upcoming AEP from October 15, 2025, to December 7, 2025. The program gives you all the tools you’ll need in your belt for the next few months while allowing you to participate in fun, rewarding activities!

In just three easy steps, you can be better prepared for AEP as well as earn up to four different Amazon gift cards! The program runs from June 15, 2025, to September 30, 2025.

Participating in Your Best AEP Yet 2025

You must first be a registered agent with Ritter. After you have completed that, participating in Your Best AEP Yet 2025 is as easy as one, two, three!

Participating in each of the three steps will unlock a $5 Amazon gift card for you, for up to $15 total!

Step 1: Learn

The first step in the program is to either sign up with MedicareCENTER or attend a tools review webinar! You can check out which webinars to view on our landing page.

After you have successfully completed either one of the tasks, you will be rewarded with your first (but hopefully not your last!) $5 Amazon gift card!

Step 2: Prep

The second step in the program is the actual preparation part! You can either schedule a portfolio review with us or attend a portfolio webinar! You can find out which webinars qualify on our landing page.

Once you’re done with that second step, you unlock yet another $5 Amazon gift card!

Step 3: Act

The third and final step is to put your knowledge to use and act upon it! To complete this step, you must certify and contract with one new Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug Plan (MAPD) and/or prescription drug plan (PDP) carrier! Our Contract Now* tool makes adding a new MAPD contract to your portfolio quick and easy!

After completing your final step, you will receive your final $5 Amazon gift card. Now, you should have $15 worth of Amazon money to spend!

The Rules

Every program must have its rules! Some of the most important are as follows:

1. You must be contracted with Ritter.

2. You must complete the steps within the eligibility period.

3. You will only be rewarded once for each step.

4. You can earn a maximum of three step rewards, totaling $15 in virtual Amazon gift cards.

5. To earn the $50 Amazon gift card, you must be among the first 25 to complete all tasks within the qualifying period, which would give you a possible total of $65 in virtual Amazon gift cards.

6. You must use the email address associated with your profile when registering for qualifying webinars or signing up for tools.

7. You do not have to purchase anything to participate.

8. Ritter will distribute prizes by October 14, 2025, and prizes will be delivered while supplies last.

9. Ritter reserves the right to make final determinations of all qualifying actions.

To qualify for rewards, participants must be direct to Ritter with an appointed or pending contract. The Your Best AEP Yet qualifying period is from 6/15/25 to 9/30/25. Only steps completed within this period are eligible for rewards. Participants will only be rewarded once for each step. Participants can earn a maximum of three (3) step rewards, totaling $15 in virtual Amazon gift cards. Participants among the first 25 to complete all three tasks within the qualifying period will earn one (1) additional $50 virtual Amazon gift card. In order to receive virtual Amazon gift cards from this program, participants must use the email address associated with their profile when registering for qualifying webinars or signing up for tools.

No payment or purchase necessary. Ritter is solely responsible for the distribution of any prizes. Distributions will be made as soon as processing is complete following a qualifying event. Final distributions will be made via email by 10/14/25. Restrictions may apply. Rewards will be delivered while supplies last. Ritter will make final determinations of all qualifying actions.
