    • Hemoglobin A1C test
    • Retinopathy & diabetic kidney screenings
  • Pharmacy services at $0:
    • Preferred Diabetic RXs — brand & generic
    • Glucometer, needles, lancets, strips, & alcohol swabs
  • $0 copay for all covered insulin items: insulin pumps, test strips, and monitors
