Every year, America’s Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) hosts a CMS-compliant Medicare and FWA training, updated for the upcoming plan year. We compile the updates to make it easy.
Removal of 2024 Training
To prepare for the launch of the 2025 AHIP Medicare and FWA training, the organization will close their 2024 Medicare and FWA training on June 20, 2024, at 11:59PM ET. Agents wishing to certify to sell 2024 plans throughout the remainder of this year should complete the 2024 certification before that date.
Added Sales Tax
AHIP’s digital and online educational courses are subject to sales tax in several states. Starting June 1, 2024, if these tax laws apply to your state, you’ll be charged sales tax at checkout. If you have any questions or concerns, you can reach out to [email protected].
